His perspective has been shaped through work across diverse cultural and organizational contexts, including mentoring youth in India and supporting individuals with special needs in Canada. Now based in Tennessee, Jonathan works as an organizational consultant, author, and educator, helping leaders align people, leadership, and culture in support of sound judgment and long-term organizational health.
